This server (hereinafter voice.teamspeak.com) is operated by http://www.teamspeak.com, Germany. Although it is usable by anybody, it is primarily intended for testing and demonstration purposes, but not for productive usage.
Any and all use of voice.teamspeak.com, is subject to these Terms of Use. TeamSpeak Systems GmbH reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time and without further notice. Upon connecting, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Any use of voice.teamspeak.com is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where voice.teamspeak.com is hosted or international law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if deemed required by TeamSpeak Systems GmbH. The IP addresses of ALL users are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
TeamSpeak Systems GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the conduct of any user in connection with such facilities, or for any material submitted by users and carried on voice.teamspeak.com including, for example, responsibility or liability for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in such material.
 General Rules / Netiquette
- We do NOT allow any kind of music on our server.
Playing copyright protected music is not allowed on this server. We reserve the right to decide whether we deem music as copyright protected or not. In general copyright protected music includes, and is not limited to, any kind of recorded music. Self-played music (like live played piano, guitar or beatbox) is in most cases not considered as copyright protected.- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, profanity (or attempts to bypass profanity filters), insulting messages or personal attacks. Our decision is final in these matters.
- Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the chat, avatars, channel desctiptions and private/offline messages to spam other users.
- We also do not allow avatars, channel descriptions or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate TeamSpeak community standards. The TeamSpeak team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
- Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
- Recording is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to delete offensive channels without notice.
- Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure this server is not disrupted or abused in any way.
- We also reserve the right to kick/ban anyone who wilfully violates the server rules, as access to our public servers are a privilege and not a right.
- We accept all religions but don't tolerate preaching, fanatical speech or tensions to turn others towards your religion.
Advertising / Solicitation
- We do not allow people to create channels, use avatars or send text messages to other users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations.
- Explicit advertising and soliciting in descriptions or away messages is also prohibited.
